Privacy policy
Peragon is a Honolulu company. This page says what we collect through peragonhq.com, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
- What you type into our inquiry form: your name, your email, your phone number if you give it, your business and your message.
- To keep spam out, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at technical details from your browser to tell people from bots. Cloudflare handles that under its own privacy policy.
- Like most sites, the services that host ours, GitHub Pages and Cloudflare, keep standard logs such as IP addresses. Our pages also load their fonts from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address when it sends them.
We don’t use analytics or advertising trackers, and our pages don’t set cookies of their own.
How we use it
We use what you send to read your message and write back, and if we end up working together, to do that work. We don’t sell it, rent it or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who sees it
Your message comes to our team by email. Only the people at Peragon who need it to answer you see it.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to answer you and keep our business records. If you’d like it deleted sooner, ask us and we will.
Your choices
Email info@peragonhq.com to see, correct or delete what you’ve sent us.
Calls and texts
If you call or text (808) 204-4575, we use your number and what you tell us only to answer you. We don’t send marketing texts.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll post the new version here with a new date.
